Prof. Dr. Philip Haellmigk, LL.M. is head of HAELLMIGK Lawyers. He has a wealth of experience and exceptional expertise in the areas international trade, export controls, sanctions & compliance.

Prof. Dr. Haellmigk has been advising national & international companies for more than 15 years on all aspects of EU & international trade and export control law. In the field of international trade law, he particularly advises on US export controls and US sanctions.
Prof. Dr. Haellmigk studied law in Germany and abroad and therefore holds national & international law degrees. Further, he is admitted as an attorney at law in various jurisdictions (Germany, England, France). 

Due to his international legal education Prof. Dr. Haellmigk is an expert for EU export controls as well as for international export control regimes. In particular, he assists companies on US export controls & US sanctions and the new Chinese export control law.
